If MLS Cup happens and there’s nobody there to watch, does it really happen? I hate both Colorado and Dallas. I hate the cRapids more, so go Dallas I guess. I’m not sure I can bear to watch John Ellinger win any hardware. I guess it’s better him than Pablo though.

Sorry, I have been really, really busy and been too depressed with the election results and RSL’s end of the season to say much.
First, to the election. Not that I expected anything different, the only real surprise was that the Democrats maintained a majority. I think that if the Republicans could have picked just two better candidates, instead of Angle and O’Donnell, they would have easily won. Unfortunately, they choose ideological purity over someone who could actually win the election. This is just something the Republicans are going to have to face. Unfortunately for them, they are embracing the uneducated and ignorant. I think the brain drain of the Republican party is very telling. If they want a theocracy, see how far that gets.
